At Cattu, you have both a satisfaction guarantee and a manufacturing and usage warranty. Let’s break it down!
The Satisfaction Guarantee can be requested when you've received the product in perfect condition, but it’s not quite what you wanted. In this case, contact our support team at [email protected] within 7 (seven) calendar days of receiving your order.
The Manufacturing and Usage Warranty can be used if your product arrives with a manufacturing defect or you identify one after using it. In such cases, Cattu offers a 180-day warranty starting from the delivery date of your eyewear.
It’s important to note that Cattu does not cover defects caused by improper use, chemical or organic products, deformation from prolonged exposure to high temperatures, scratched lenses or signs of misuse, damage caused by third parties, or product loss. All items will be sent to our factory team for technical evaluation before any conclusion. The analysis period is up to 20 business days, and the replacement of the product (if applicable) depends on availability in stock.
Exchange Process
Noticed a defect in your glasses? We’ve got you covered! But first, make sure your item is within the manufacturing warranty and check the steps below:
- Send an email to [email protected] including your order number or invoice. Please also attach photos showing the defect so our team can evaluate;
- Within 2 business days, our team will send you all necessary return instructions, including a free shipping code, so you don’t pay for the return;
- The damaged product will be sent to our factory team, who will analyze it within 20 business days. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we’ll send you a discount coupon for the full value paid;
- If the defect is due to misuse and not a manufacturing issue, no worries—we’re still here for you! You can choose to receive the damaged item back or get a 30% discount coupon for your next purchase on our site;
- You have 30 days to use your coupon on any Cattu product.
Returns and Refunds
Your glasses arrived, but they weren’t quite what you imagined? No problem, we’ll exchange them!
You have 7 calendar days to request an exchange or refund by contacting us at [email protected]. Just make sure the item is in its original packaging, unused and undamaged, and accompanied by the invoice. Oh, and your first return is on us—no shipping fees.
The Manufacturing and Usage Warranty can also be activated in cases of defects found upon delivery or after use. In those situations, you have a 180-day warranty from the date of receipt.
Shipping Times
We deliver all over Brazil, and we make sure your products arrive quickly. Delivery time depends on the shipping method you choose at checkout.
Unless otherwise stated, shipping costs are not included in the sale price and are calculated based on the weight of your order and delivery location.
